Does your company test on animals?

Milani Cosmetics is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products on animals, nor do we allow others to test on our behalf. Our brand is certified by both PETA and The Leaping Bunny Program (CCIC) as cruelty-free.

What forms of payment do you accept? accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, and Milani e-Gift Card. Unfortunately, we do not currently accept CODs, layaway plans, personal checks, money orders, and credit cards with issuing banks and billing addresses outside the U.S.

For your security, the billing name and address on your order must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Order Status

How can I find the status of my order?

With a MILANI account, you can check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information about your MILANI Cosmetics online orders.
For orders shipped within the United States, the Order Status page will prompt you to log in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders. After your order has shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's Web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order has shipped.

Order Cancellations

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some of those reasons include:
Item(s) not available
Difficulty in processing payment information
Inability to ship to address provided
Duplicate order placed
Cancelled due to a customer request
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact MILANI Cosmetics Online Customer Service for U.S. orders at 1-866-789-8002 or via email.

Credit Card Trouble

I am having trouble with my credit card information for my online order.

If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check that the billing address on the credit card and matches your account billing address, try re-entering your CVN or security code, and be sure that the card is current and valid. After validating the information you've entered and an error message is received a second attempt, call 1-866-789-8002 or contact your financial institution for further assistance.

Gift Card, eGift Card and eGift Certificate FAQs

How do I check my Gift Card, eGift Card or eGift Certificate balance?

There are two ways to check your balance:
1. Online: Sign into your Account and click on your name for your account on the upper left-hand side of the page. From the My Account page locate the Payments & Credit section and use the link to check your balance on the Gift Card. You can enter your Gift Card Number and Gift Card PIN to check balance.
2. By Phone: Call 1-866-789-8002.

Where do I enter the Gift Card or eGift Card number?

Enter the eGift Card number in the “Promotions and Gift card section on the Checkout page.

I entered my gift card information. Why is it still asking for my credit card?

Your Gift Card, eGift Card, or eGift Certificate may not cover the full order total, which can include sales tax, shipping fees, or the difference of the order. Gift card funds will be removed first, and any remaining amount will be covered by your credit card. On the Confirmation Order page, be sure to review the payment information and total charge of your order to confirm all details are correct.
